Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup dalia
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1/2 cup beans/peas
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3 cups vegetable broth/water
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• Salt, pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp ghee
Method:
1. Dry roast dalia until golden, set aside
2. Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, then onions
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté
4. Add vegetables, cook 5 minutes
5. Add roasted dalia, broth, spices
6. Pressure cook 3 whistles or simmer 20 minutes
7. Partially blend for creamy texture
8. Garnish with coriander, lemon juice
