At Kedia Pavitra, customers may cancel their order any time before it is shipped. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.

The cancellation time window varies depending on the product category, and cancellations cannot be made once this specified time has passed. In some cases, cancellations requested after the allowed time may incur a cancellation fee. The exact cancellation window and any applicable charges will be clearly indicated on the product page or order confirmation.

If an order is canceled by Kedia Pavitra due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Kedia Pavitra reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request. We also reserve the right to modify or waive the cancellation window or fees at our discretion.

Order Cancellation by Kedia Pavitra

We reserve the right to cancel your order, fully or partially, in situations including product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical issues. In all such cases, you will not be charged for the canceled portion of the order. Any payments made will be refunded within 5-7 business days, and you may track the refund status via the Order Details page.
