Shipping Policy

At Kedia Pavitra, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.

1. Dispatch Timeline

We ship all confirmed orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Our delivery partners typically deliver orders within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location within Rajasthan.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹500 or more will qualify for free delivery.

• A  ₹50 delivery charge will apply to orders below ₹500
  
  
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make the payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track your order on the respective courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Rajasthan to all major pin codes covered by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.

6. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received in a damaged condition or if items are missing, please contact us at support@kediapavitra.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photographs of the packaging and products.

8. Force Majeure

Kedia Pavitra shall not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, transportation strikes, or any other force majeure events.
