• 1 cup suji (semolina)
• ½ cup curd
• ¼ cup finely chopped veggies (onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot)
• 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
• ½ tsp ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• Water as needed (to make a pourable batter)
• ½ tsp Eno fruit salt (optional, for fluffiness)
• Oil/ghee for cooking
Prepare Batter
• Mix suji, curd, veggies, and spices.
• Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.
• Rest for 10 mins. Add Eno just before cooking (optional).
Cook Pancakes
• Heat a tawa, grease lightly.
• Pour a ladleful of batter, spread slightly into a thick round.
• Cook on medium flame till golden on both sides.
Serve
• Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, or a curd dip.
Optional Twist
• Add grated cheese on top while cooking for a cheesy delight.
