Sharbati Aata Recepies

  1. Aata Ladoo
  2. Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Sharbati aata
    • ½ cup ghee
    • ¾ cup powdered jaggery or sugar
    • ½ tsp cardamom powder
    • Chopped dry fruits

    Instructions:

    1. Roast aata in ghee till golden and aromatic.
    2. Remove from heat, let cool slightly.
    3. Add sweetener, cardamom, and nuts. Mix well.
    4. Shape into round ladoos.

  3. Wheat Dosa
  4. Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Sharbati aata
    • ¼ cup rice flour
    • ½ cup curd
    • Salt and water
    • Optional: cumin, chopped chilies
    • Oil for cooking

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth, thin batter.
    2. Pour on hot tawa like dosa, spread thinly.
    3. Cook until crisp on edges. Serve with chutney or sambar.
