Flavor Notes
Ghee ka richness, jaggery ya sugar ki sweetness aur nutty roasted flour ka aroma — har bite me comfort aur tradition ka magic.

Ingredients (for 4–5 servings):
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 3 tbsp semolina (suji) — optional, for extra crunch
• 3–4 tbsp ghee (plus extra for mixing)
• ¼ cup powdered jaggery or sugar (adjust sweetness)
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Roast Flour
    • Pan mein ghee garam karo, aur flour + suji lightly golden brown hone tak roast karo.
    • Natural nutty aroma aane do.
  2. Cool & Crumble
    • Roast flour thoda cool hone do, fir jaggery/sugar aur cardamom powder mix karo.
    • Achhi tarah crush karke crumbly texture bana lo.
  3. Serve
    • Ghee drizzle karo aur Baati ke saath serve karo.
    • Optional: Chopped dry fruits sprinkle karke aur festive touch do.
