Anjeer Halwa for Festive Days

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Kedia Pavitra Mixed Nuts (almonds, cashews) — chopped
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

Method

  • Soak dried figs in warm milk for 30 minutes to soften.
  • Grind into a thick paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add the fig paste, and sauté on low flame until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Stir in jaggery, nuts, and cardamom powder. Cook for 2–3 minutes more.
  • Serve warm, garnished with pistachios or a drizzle of ghee.
